These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients and services.

Deposit Fee:

  • A $50 or $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposit fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.

  • Appointments will be automatically cancelled if the deposit fee is not settled within 24 hours.

  • Deposits are non-refundable within the late cancellation period.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a future booking when at least 24 hours notice is provided.

  • Deposits will be forfeited in the event of late cancellations, late arrivals exceeding the grace period, or no-shows.

Late Policy:

  • We kindly recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for your skin consultation.

  • Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations/No-Show:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-show fees apply to all services and will be charged automatically.
