The heart behind Mandala Aesthetics & Holistic Wellness.
Stephanie founded Mandala with a vision to provide results-driven skin and body treatments that remain deeply personalised and client-focused. A beauty therapist since 2015, she brings over 10 years of experience across advanced aesthetics, skin health, cosmetic tattooing, and beauty education.
A qualified Skin Therapist, Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist, and Cosmetic Tattoo Artist specialising in brows, lips, and eyeliner, Stephanie is known for her clinical precision, artistic eye, and perfectionist approach. She is passionate about helping clients achieve real, long-term results while maintaining healthy skin.
Stephanie is also a Brand Artist, Trainer, and Head Instructor for RomaPink and WhiteLab Australia, specialising in lip and body neutralising, intimate brightening, and melanin spot removal treatments.
Her qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Dermal Science, Diploma of Salon Management, and Diploma of Beauty Therapy. She is also a member of the International Beauty & Development Research (IBDR).
Today, Stephanie leads Mandala with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and exceptional client care.
PHOEBE COLE
Assistant Manager | Senior Aesthetician
Phoebe brings a calm and nurturing presence to Mandala Aesthetics & Holistic Wellness, paired with a strong clinical understanding of advanced skin treatments.
She specialises in creating tailored facial experiences that are both results-driven and deeply relaxing, ensuring every client feels comfortable and cared for throughout their journey. Her passion lies in improving skin health, supporting long-term skin confidence, and delivering visible results.
Phoebe is also a Lymphatic Massage Specialist, helping clients improve circulation, reduce fluid retention, and support overall wellness through specialised treatment techniques.
Having begun her beauty industry journey in Manchester in 2020, Phoebe has been growing with the Mandala team since 2023. She continues to expand her clinical knowledge and skills while building strong, lasting relationships with her clients.
Phoebe holds an Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science and is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and expertise.
SOFIA FERRIOL
Skin Therapist | Beauty Therapist
Sofia brings warmth, care, and genuine passion to every treatment she performs.
Known for her gentle touch and attentive nature, she focuses on ensuring every client feels comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their skin journey. With a strong background in beauty therapy in Argentina since 2018, she combines international experience with advanced training in beauty, cosmetics, and aesthetics.
Sofia’s approach is both nurturing and detail-focused, allowing her to create relaxing treatment experiences while helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. She is passionate about building trust with her clients and providing personalised care tailored to their individual needs.
Her qualifications include a Professional Makeup Artist Certificate in Social and Artistic Makeup and a Certificate in Cosmetology and Medical Aesthetics.
NATALIE LONGANO

Natalie is detail-focused and passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
She takes a thoughtful and personalised approach to every treatment, ensuring each experience is tailored to individual skin concerns, needs, and goals. With a strong interest in skin health and advanced aesthetic treatments, Natalie is dedicated to delivering results while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client.
Natalie holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Dermal Science at Victoria University, further strengthening her clinical knowledge and expertise. She also holds a Certificate II in Salon Management.
Combining professional training with a genuine passion for helping others, Natalie is committed to supporting clients on their journey to healthier, more confident skin.
REANNE CHENG
Admin Manager | Social Media Manager
Reanne is the friendly face and organisational heart of Mandala Aesthetics & Holistic Wellness, ensuring every client experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
She manages bookings, client communication, administration, and social media, creating a seamless and welcoming journey for every client. With a background in digital advertising in the Philippines, Reanne brings strong communication, client service, and organisational skills to the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Her attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to exceptional customer care help create the positive experience Mandala is known for.
Reanne holds a Graduate Diploma in Management and is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA), majoring in Digital Management at Kaplan Business School, further strengthening her expertise in business, marketing, and digital strategy.
